At Holy Trinity we believe that to live in the Imago Dei, the image of God, is to love and serve those in need in and around our community. To have the widest reach possible, we partner with community organizations and programs serving those experiencing homelessness, addiction, food insecurity, and more. The mission of Broomfield FISH is to meet our neighbors’ basic human needs and provide them with hope and tools to rise out of poverty. FISH is a nonprofit family resource center that provides food, emergency financial assistance, and one-on-one mentoring support to Broomfield residents in need. Celebrating 60 years of service to Broomfield.

Holy Trinity is a host site for the Severe Weather Activation Program (SWAP) which provides life-saving motel vouchers to those experiencing homelessness during periods of severe winter weather. This program is essential for the safety of those in need n our community.Volunteers are needed! Contact Fr. Chris to help. The SWAP program is operated by Almost Home and funded by the City and County of Broomfield.

Holy Trinity is under the leadership of Bishop Sospeter Ndenza and the Diocese of Kibondo. We support the bishop in his mission and have assisted in the building of the Bishop’s Home, a health center, and, most recently, the Bishop Sospeter’s home in which he will live in retirement. The Diocese of Kibondo is part of the Anglican Church of Tanzania. You can learn more from our Anglican brothers and sisters in the diocese here.

The Refuge is a hub for healing community, social action, and creative collaboration. We are deeply dedicated to centering those who fall through the cracks of life and faith, living out our shared values in tangible ways, non-hierarchical team leadership, and collaborating with community partners because we are always better together.

At Almost Home, Inc., we believe that stable housing is an integral part of a person’s ability to maintain a steady job, address addiction or mental health needs, and to begin rebuilding their lives. In order to assist those in need in our communities we want to embrace their current circumstances to empower them to build a better life and elevate them to a life of self-sufficiency and stability.

Marrton Dormish serves in Broomfield and the North Denver Metro area as a minister, advocate and writer. Among other things, he companions people on the margins of accepted society and history and attempts to amplify their voices and stories. He also catalyzes local housing stability efforts and helps facilitate the budding Sister Cities partnership between Broomfield and the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma. His blog Everyday Epics summarizes ways to integrate into our daily lives our essential human vocation to care for the world and for each other.
